How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run Seren, such as Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and AI model providers for responses. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update your profile, manage notification preferences, or delete your account in the dashboard. You can also reach out to request access or deletion of your data.

Data retention

We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Security

Your conversation messages are encrypted in our database using industry-standard encryption. This means your chats are protected at rest and cannot be read directly from database backups or exports.

We use secure connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Authentication is handled by Supabase with secure token management. Please use strong passwords and keep your credentials private.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
